In the lead-up to the tournament, a top PGA Tour player was in trouble. The course was unforgiving, tight fairways and punishing rough, and he was hitting drives over 30 yards offline.

On video, and to the naked eye, there was no visible difference in his swing. Nothing a coach could point at.

What does a pressure plate actually show?

It maps the center of pressure and weight distribution under the feet through the swing. You see how, and when, a player loads and shifts pressure into each foot. It is the part of the swing that feel and video cannot make objective.

Do I need the cameras?

The plate works on its own. For teaching, synced camera video makes the pressure data far easier to read, and the Balance Plate works with Swing Catalyst Pro+ and your existing cameras.

Is the Coaching with Pressure course really included?

The Coaching with Pressure course is available separately through Swing Catalyst Academy, so you and your team can learn how to apply the data.
