What does a pressure plate actually show?

It maps the center of pressure and weight distribution under the feet through the swing. You see how, and when, a player loads and shifts pressure into each foot. It is the part of the swing that feel and video cannot make objective.

Do I need the cameras?

The plate works on its own, but synced camera video makes the data far easier to teach. The bundle includes two Fox USB high-speed cameras with lenses and cables, so you can capture two angles at once.
